The yardFamily owned & operated
Started with one saw. Built into a full wood yard.
Isaac Witmer founded Horizon Wood Products in 2016 cutting specialty walnut with a single saw. Customers started asking for pallets, then for repairs, then for someone to haul away the pallets they couldn't use. The business grew one request at a time.
Today Horizon builds new and custom pallets, rebuilds used ones, and turns the remaining wood into bedding and mulch. Our crew brings decades of carpentry and construction experience, led by a team member with more than 40 years in the trade.

Before you call
Where is Horizon Wood Products located?
Our permanent facility is at 1101 Stonebraker Dr, Kendallville, IN 46755. We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What pallet sizes do you keep on hand?
We build 48×40, 48×45, 48×48, 45×45, 42×42 and 40×40 pallets regularly, and we can build any other size your operation needs.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We load and unload for businesses within about 100 miles of Kendallville, which covers Fort Wayne, South Bend, Toledo and Kalamazoo. Outside that radius we can load your truck at our yard.
Will you pick up our old pallets?
Yes. Pickup of reusable pallets is free. We inspect and repair what we can, and grind unusable wood into animal bedding and mulch so it stays out of the landfill.
