FAQ

Common questions

Do you really pick up pallets for free?

Yes. Pickup of reusable pallets is free. Call us with your location, the approximate count and the sizes, and we'll schedule it.

What about broken pallets and wood scrap?

We haul broken pallets and clean wood scrap too. Pricing depends on volume, frequency and distance, so call us to set up a one-time cleanout or a recurring schedule.

How far will you travel for pickups?

We service businesses within roughly 100 miles of Kendallville, including Fort Wayne, Auburn, Angola, Goshen, Elkhart and Warsaw.

What happens to the wood you collect?

Good pallets are repaired and resold. Boards are salvaged for repairs. Clean wood that can't be reused is ground into animal bedding and mulch.

What can't you take?

We take clean wood only. Painted, chemically treated or contaminated wood, and non-wood trash, can't go into our recycling stream.

Pallets piling up?

Tell us where you are and how many you've got. Reusable pallets go for free.
